Ukraine hails ceasefire talks in Riyadh as 'productive'

US and Ukrainian officials have met in Saudi Arabia to begin talks for a partial ceasefire in the war with Russia. Washington believes real progress will be achieved, but the Kremlin warns negotiations will be difficult. Russia is set to lay out its own demands on Monday. Craig Boswell reports from the US capital.
