UN members seek global treaty to reduce plastic waste

Talks aimed at tackling the global crisis of plastic pollution are underway in South Korea. But the push for an international treaty faces challenges, with sharp divisions over legal caps on production. All the while the use of single-use plastics continues to grow worldwide. Neil Giardino reports.
