US and China in talks to end escalating tariff dispute

The US is now talking with its biggest trading partner -and adversary- in Donald Trump's tariff war. President Trump says discussions have begun with China to negotiate a way out of the soaring tariffs imposed by both sides. Andy Roesgen reports.
